. Return & Exchange Policy
• Customers must request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
• Sarees with fall-pico, blouse stitching, alterations, or customization are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
• Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.
• Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent to the original payment method.
• COD refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
