• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery across India generally takes 3–7 business days depending on the location.
• International shipping timelines may vary according to customs and courier services.
• Delivery delays caused by weather conditions, courier issues, festivals, or natural disasters are beyond our control.
• Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is shipped.

Order Policy

• All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Customers will receive order confirmation through WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
• Sanskriti Banarasi Saree reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

• We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, and Bank Transfers.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on selected products or locations.
• Orders with failed or pending payments will not be processed.
